At Freelance Tracker & Planner, we architect our systems around one core principle: your data belongs to you. This Privacy Protection policy outlines our commitment to your digital sovereignty.

1. Data Sovereignty

We do not collect your project data, time logs, or financial information. All data you enter into the application is stored exclusively on your device or your personal iCloud account. We have no mechanism to access, view, or share this data.

2. Authentication & Identity

The core features of Freelance Tracker require no account registration. We do not collect your name, email, or biometric data. Any data used to synchronize across your devices is handled by Apple’s secure iCloud infrastructure.

3. Subscription Management

Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple RevenueCat. We receive only a unique, anonymized token to verify your subscription status. We do not see your credit card details or billing address.

4. Analytics

We may collect anonymized crash reports and basic usage telemetry (e.g., which buttons are clicked) to improve the application. This data is stripped of all identifiers and cannot be linked back to you or your specific projects.

5. Third-Party Integrations

• Apple RevenueCat: For secure subscription entitlement.
• iCloud: For private data synchronization across your iOS devices.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not store your data, you have total control. To delete your data, simply delete the application or clear its local storage in your iOS settings.
